At 40 x 40cm, these pan trays fit all of Benchfoods' standard commercial dehydrator models, excluding the 28CUD, and are also sized to suit the 30 layer version of the Benchfoods Cooling Trolley for prepping or cooling trays before and after a batch. Each tray weighs 1.1kg, solid enough to handle a full load without flexing.
