The 28 layer trolley is sized for the 50 x 85cm trays used in the 28 Tray Commercial Dehydrator, with 80mm spacing between layers. The 30 layer trolley is sized for the 40 x 40cm trays used in the 60 Tray Commercial Dehydrator, with 40mm spacing between layers.
Prep Ahead, Or Cool Down After
Load your trays onto the trolley before a dehydrating run so everything is ready to go straight into the unit, or wheel a finished batch out of the dehydrator and let it cool down on the trolley before packing. Either way, it keeps trays organised and off the bench in a commercial kitchen or production space.
30 Layer Version For The 60 Tray Model
The 30 layer trolley is built for the 60 Tray Commercial Dehydrator, holding 40 x 40cm trays at 40mm layer spacing. Like the 28 layer version, it is commercial grade stainless steel, arrives flat packed, and is sold as the trolley frame only, with trays available separately.
