At 40 x 40cm, these mesh trays fit all of Benchfoods' standard commercial dehydrator models, excluding the 28CUD, and are also sized to suit the 30 layer version of the Benchfoods Cooling Trolley for prepping or cooling trays before and after a batch. Each tray weighs 0.75kg, with a 14 x 14mm mesh spacing that keeps smaller pieces secure while still allowing plenty of airflow.
