How is this different from the glasshouse and shade house versions?
All three share the same 1972mm x 3220mm footprint and aluminium frame, but the glazing differs: this greenhouse uses 6mm twin-wall polycarbonate for strong insulation and UV protection, the glasshouse uses 4mm toughened glass for maximum light transmission, and the shade house uses perforated aluminium mesh for 50% shade rather than full weather protection.
Is this a good size for a first greenhouse?
Yes. At 10ft long, this is the most compact and most affordable Winter Gardenz greenhouse, making it a good entry point for beginner or space-conscious gardeners. If you need more room later, the same design is also available in 12ft, 16ft and 20ft lengths.
