This glasshouse is glazed with 4mm toughened safety glass rather than perforated aluminium mesh, giving full weather protection and maximum light transmission rather than 50% shade. Both share the same 1972mm x 3220mm footprint and aluminium frame construction, though the shade house's frame is available in your choice of Dulux colour while this glasshouse uses a fixed matt-black finish.
Is this a good size for a first glasshouse?
Yes. At 10ft long, this is the most compact Winter Gardenz glasshouse length, making it a good fit for smaller yards or courtyards. If you need more room later, the same design is also available in 12ft, 16ft and 20ft lengths.
