How is this different from the glasshouse and shade house versions?
All three share the same 1972mm x 3844mm footprint and aluminium frame, but the glazing differs: this greenhouse uses 6mm twin-wall polycarbonate for strong insulation and UV protection, the glasshouse uses 4mm toughened glass for maximum light transmission, and the shade house uses perforated aluminium mesh for 50% shade rather than full weather protection.
Is this a good size for a first greenhouse?
Yes. At 12ft long, this is the most compact Winter Gardenz greenhouse length, making it a good fit for smaller properties. If you need more room later, the same design is also available in 16ft and 20ft lengths.
How long does delivery take?
Greenhouses are packed to order on a first-come-first-served basis, generally with around a 2 week lead time. Delivery is to your nearest Mainfreight Depot, as these units can only be shipped that way due to their weight.
