The open mesh weave gives adequate airflow access to all sides of the product, for an even and consistent dry every time. This is the most popular tray option, suited to a wide range of foods from jerky and pet treats through to fruits and vegetables. Each tray offers a full 0.4 square metre drying surface, made from 304 commercial food grade stainless steel.
Sized For The 28 Tray Digital Model
At 50 x 85cm, these mesh trays are sized to fit Benchfoods' 28 Tray digital model, and are also the same size used in the 28 layer version of the Benchfoods Cooling Trolley for prepping or cooling trays before and after a batch. Each tray weighs 1.12kg, with a 14 x 14mm mesh spacing that keeps smaller pieces secure while still allowing plenty of airflow.
