Polymaster Round Water Trough

A one piece rotomoulded round trough available in four sizes from 250 to 2,000 liters, built from heavy duty, UV stabilised polyethylene with no seam to split and nothing to corrode. A 75mm bung at the very base drains almost all the water and sediment in one go, and the round shape lets a whole mob drink from every side at once.

Round, So The Whole Mob Drinks At Once

A long trough makes stock queue along one edge. A round one lets them come in from every side, which matters when a mob arrives together and they all want water at the same time. There is no corner for a boss animal to guard, so more of the herd gets a fair go at the water.

Cattle drinking from a Polymaster round water trough in a paddock

Four Sizes, 250 Liters Up To 2,000

The 250 and 500 liter sizes suit house paddocks, horses and small mobs of sheep. The 1,000 liter is the everyday choice for cattle on a rotational setup, and the 2,000 liter is for bigger mobs or paddocks where the refill flow is slow and you want a buffer sitting there.

Polymaster 1,000 liter round water trough

Pull The Bung And It Empties Itself

The drain cap sits at the very bottom of the trough, not part way up the wall, so pulling it clears nearly all the water and the sediment along with it. Heavy duty, UV stabilised polyethylene means it will not go chalky and brittle after a few summers of full sun, and the smaller sizes are light enough to carry into position without machinery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size do I need?

It comes down to mob size and how fast your line refills. The 250 and 500 liter sizes suit horses, sheep and house paddocks. The 1,000 liter is the common choice for cattle. Go to 2,000 liters if you are running a bigger mob or your refill flow is slow.

What is it made from?

Heavy duty, UV stabilised polyethylene, rotomoulded so there is no seam or join. The polyethylene is food grade and certified to AS/NZS 4020 for contact with drinking water.

How do I clean it out?

Pull the 75mm bung at the base and let it drain. Because the cap sits at the very bottom rather than up the wall, almost all the water and sediment goes out with it.

Is there anything to assemble?

No. It arrives as one moulded piece, ready to plumb in.

Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes. Found it cheaper elsewhere? Let us know and we will do our best to beat it.
