Hyperwave Technology gently fluctuates the drying temperature through the cycle, while Parallexx horizontal airflow drives air evenly across all six trays at once. The result is consistent drying from the front tray to the back, without needing to rotate trays partway through a batch.
Set an exact temperature from 30 to 75 degrees Celsius and a timer of up to 80 hours on the digital control panel, with automatic shutoff when the cycle ends. Two phase drying lets you run a different temperature and duration for the first and second half of the cycle, useful for foods like jerky that benefit from a higher heat start and a gentler finish.
At 30.99cm wide, this is the space saving option in the Performance range, small enough for a kitchen bench or pantry shelf while still giving you six full trays of capacity. Stainless steel trays and housing wipe down quickly, and the hideaway glass door slides away underneath the unit once drying is complete for easy, full access to every tray.
