The patented Hyperwave Technology, along with the Horizontal Parallel Air Flow, fluctuates the temperature to remove water from food, with a continuous circulation of thermostatically controlled warm air for even drying without tray rotation.

Set precise time and temperature with the easy-to-use LED control panel, with a temperature range of 30°C to 75°C for up to 80 hours. The countdown timer will appear on the screen, and the unit will automatically shut off when drying is complete.
