10-Tray Performance Stainless Steel Food Dehydrator with Digital Control by Excalibur
Preserve your food with the Excalibur DH10SS 10 Tray Performance Digital Dehydrator. This expertly crafted stainless-steel dehydrator features 1.49m² of drying space, a stylish clear glass door and top-mounted clear glass window allowing easy monitoring of your food, and includes ten stainless steel trays, offering plenty of room to meet all your dehydrating needs.
The patented Hyperwave Technology, along with the Horizontal Parallex Air Flow, fluctuates the temperature to remove water from food with a continuous circulation of thermostatically controlled warm air for even drying without tray rotation.
Set precise time and temperature with the easy-to-use LED control panel, with a temperature range of 30°C to 75°C for up to 80 hours. The countdown timer will appear on the screen, and the unit will automatically shut off when drying is complete. To accommodate various drying methods, this premium dehydrator also allows you to set 2 different drying phases at different times and temperatures. In addition, the control panel features a progress bar that provides a visual representation of drying progress. When drying is complete, slide the hideaway door under the unit for easy access to your dehydrated goods.
Hyperwave™ Fluctuation Technology
Excalibur’s adjustable thermostat lets you take advantage of Hyperwave™ Fluctuation for faster, better, safer dried foods. Food temperature stays low enough to keep the enzymes active, and the air temperature gets high enough to dry food fast.
Parallexx® Airflow
Excalibur dehydrators feature the exclusive Parallexx® drying system for even drying. Cool air is drawn in, heated, and distributed evenly over each tray, helping dry the food faster, retain more nutrients, taste and look better, without the need for tray rotation.
80 Hour Timer
An 80-hour built-in digital timer provides enough time for the majority of dehydrating needs, while also allowing for completely unattended drying. Just set it, and the DH10SS will handle the rest.
