A tough, fully pre-plumbed pump station in a one piece rotationally moulded chamber, with the pump, valves, pipework and high level alarm already fitted. Choose the configuration that suits your wastewater: Sewer / Black Water for sewage with solids, or Stormwater / Grey Water for cleaner applications like roof catchments, car parks and washdown areas. Two Configurations, One Pump Station
Sewer / Black Water units use a hybrid grinder and macerator pump. It combines the higher flow of a cutter pump with the head pressure and grinding benefits of a grinder, and its external cutter mechanism cuts solids before they enter the pump for fewer blockages and easier maintenance. Stormwater / Grey Water units use a vortex sump pump built to pass grit, leaves and debris through rather than choke on it. Both share the same vessel, alarm, fittings and lid.
Fully Pre-Plumbed, Ready To Install
Every unit arrives with the pump, brass ball valve, swing check valve, PVC barrel union and pipework already factory fitted, including a 40mm brass discharge outlet with a 40mm poly pipe connector. The barrel union means the pump can be removed for servicing without cutting into the plumbing, so a plumber can connect it and move on rather than assembling fittings on site.
One Piece Chamber, Alarm And Easy Servicing
The chamber is one piece polyethylene, rotationally moulded with no seams, welds or joins, so it will not rust, rot or crack. Engineered ribbing helps it resist uplift in compacted granular backfill. A pre-installed visual and audible high level alarm gives early warning if the pump ever falls behind, and the 500kg rated lid stands up to foot traffic once it is in the ground. Higher rated lids are available for driveways and trafficked areas.

Choose Sewer / Black Water if the unit will handle sewage with solids and organic waste. Its grinder and macerator pump cuts solids before discharge. Yes. While the unit arrives fully pre-plumbed with the pump and valves already fitted, installation and connection should be carried out by a licensed plumber and electrician in line with local regulations.
