Expand Your Batch Capacity
This trolley is sold separately from the dehydrator units, so you can add extra loading capacity to an existing BenchFoods industrial dehydrator, or keep a spare trolley pre-loaded and ready to swap in between batches. Every layer holds two of our 46 x 64cm industrial trays, and reducing the spacing between layers lets you fit more trays per trolley for thinner product.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this trolley fit my industrial dehydrator?
Yes. This trolley is the same design used across all BenchFoods industrial dehydrators (IU-01 through IU-10), so it fits any standard unit in the range.
Do I need to add trays, or can I buy the trolley bare?
Trays are optional. You can select "None" if you already have trays from another trolley, or choose mesh, fine mesh, perforated pan, or flat pan to have a full set included.
Can I fit more trays than the standard layer count?
Yes. Thinner products only need around 3cm of clearance above them, so reducing the spacing between layers (by choosing a higher layer count option) lets you fit more trays into the same trolley.
Does this come with a drip tray?
Yes, every layer configuration comes with a built-in stainless steel drip tray.
