Industrial-Scale Drying Capacity
A single stainless steel trolley holds 30 to 60 trays depending on your chosen layer height, giving 8.8 to 17.7 square metres of total tray area. A horizontal forced-air convection system moves roughly 21,300 cubic metres of air per hour across every tray, so there's no need to rotate trays or trolleys mid-cycle.
Precision PLC Control
Set an exact temperature anywhere from ambient up to 120 degrees C, with a 0 to 9999 hour timer. The programmable logic controller stores up to 15 saved recipes with staged temperature and time steps, and connects to a desktop or mobile app over Ethernet for remote monitoring and control from anywhere.
Built For Continuous Commercial Use
Double-walled 304 food-grade stainless steel construction, insulated with high-density aluminium silicate cotton, is designed for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week operation. Manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility using premium components, and backed by a 5 year commercial warranty. A 316 stainless steel upgrade is available on request.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the lead time on this unit?
This unit is manufactured to order. Please allow approximately 12 to 16 weeks for build and delivery. Standard domestic shipping is included in the listed price.
Does tray type affect the price?
No. Mesh, fine mesh, perforated pan, and flat pan trays are all the same price. Only your trolley tray height selection, which changes the number of trays and the spacing between them, affects the price.
Can I run two different products at once?
This is a single-trolley unit, so it runs one drying program at a time rather than independent zones. Get in touch with our industrial team if you need a multi-trolley configuration.
Does the unit include trays?
Yes. Your selected trolley configuration comes with its full set of 304 food-grade stainless steel trays, plus a built-in stainless steel drip tray. Additional trays can be purchased separately.
Is this unit suitable for round-the-clock operation?
Yes. It's engineered to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for high-volume production environments.
